Forest, at the junction of Eastern cultures famous not only for their ethnic variety but religious as well, offers also excellent regional cuisine whose specialty are the regional dishes and hunters dishes known as "Białowieskie Jadło" [Białowieża Victuals] belonging to the oldest cuisine delicacies capable of satisfying even the most demanding tastes.

Żubrówka Restaurant is the pride of our hotel cuisine. Attractively arranged interiors, exceptional atmosphere, tactful and professional service and the taste of excellent dishes will make you return again and again.

Restaurant is perfectly adapted for the organisation of all kinds events and celebrations - wedding parties, banquets, receptions. Menu is individually arranged at all times according to the wishes of our guests.

The restaurant includes three rooms - Fireplace, Banquet and Main Hall.

The Main Hall accommodates up to 100 persons. Banquet Hall up to 60 persons. The stylish interiors of all rooms perfectly match the arrangement of entire hotel. While using all the dining rooms at a time it is possible to organise seated banquet for up to 160 persons and buffet parties for up to 250 persons.

Breakfasts are served within 07.00 and 11.00 hrs as buffet (over 10 persons). Our Restaurant is open daily within 07.00 and 22.00 hrs.

Hunters Room - peaceful room with large fireplace for 25 persons. Cosy and warm atmosphere makes it an ideal place for business meeting, afternoon coffee or relax after a long and tiresome day. Its name comes from the numerous hunting trophies displayed there.

Café, located in the direct vicinity of reception hall, is at the disposal of our guests within 11.00 and 20.00 hrs. We serve exquisite coffee and great desserts there.

"Carski Buduar" [Tsarina Boudoir] is the top level night club. Amazing atmosphere, original and unique interior decorations and design and the best drinks will make you spend your time with utmost pleasure and leave with unforgettable memories. Night club is located in the basement of the Hotel and is open within 21.00 and 04.00 hrs.
